STOCK AND AVAILABILITY
Because we are a relatively small brick-and-mortar store, we may not have stock of all items at all times. We will make every effort to ship orders as soon as they arrive, however, some products may require additional time if they are not in stock when the order is placed. We will contact you if the shipping times are different than initially shown. If you need something by a certain date, please contact us so we can make sure your order can get there on time. The more time we have to process special orders, the more likely we can make your deadline.
At this time, MC Audio only sells items to customers within the US. Our standard shipping methods are UPS and USPS, depending on the size and quantity of packages. At this time, we do not have a freight option for very large items or quantities, so extremely large orders may incur additional charges. MC Audio's free shipping offers are only applicable to standard USPS shipping times, or UPS Ground shipping methods, within the continental 48 United States. Different shipping options are available for other locations, but these methods may incur extra shipping charges for your order. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
All return shipping will be paid by the customer. No refund can be provided for the initial shipping charge, and once an order has been provided to our partner for shipping we are unable to cancel or reverse the order.
If product is unopened, and in new or like-new condition, returns will be accepted and refunded less a restocking fee of 15%-25% of the product's original price. The remainder of the product's price will be refunded via the method you originally purchased the product(e.g., Credit Card refund, check, etc).
We will honor returns on any unopened hardware equipment. Unfortunately, due to licensing issues and the nature of software products, we cannot accept any returns on any software products either boxed or download. All software sales are final.
Please contact us prior to returning merchandise you believe to be defective. We will work with you to determine if the issue is covered under the product's warranty and needs to be shipped to the manufacturer, or is something that requires additional service and should be shipped to our store.
The manufacturer will have its own return policy, which should be available through their own respective websites or included with product documentation. For products returned to us, we will let you know what shipping and charges may be necessary.
